The New Sony VR headset is coming

There are 5 things you must know about the PSVR 2 before you go buy one once they’re available in February

First off a PS5™ console is required to play PS VR2. so if you have a ps4, this is gonna be a no-go, and for good reason, because your ps4 is still a good console like how a honda civic is still good but won't have the horsepower of a like sports car or in our case the ps5, so if you still rocking the ps4, check out the quest 2 because it might be more than enough if you want something simple and can't afford a ps5 plus an expensive headset

It will have a 110º field of view which is going to be amazing especially paired with the Combined resolution of 2000 x 2040 per eye. when you compare it to quest 2 which only has 89 degrees, I’m excited to see how much different the VR gaming experience is gonna be.

The finger-tracking from what I have heard is gonna be impressive and excited to see how it stacks against meta’s new hand-tracking update coming out here soon.

When it comes it’s sound they’re using in-ear headphones which is probably not gonna be the best, would have been nice to see it built in like the quest 2 tho but you could always get your own if they turn out to suck

And on the gaming note, the PlayStation VR2 Sense™ technology is claiming it will make it so you can feel real “sensations and emotions with eye tracking, headset feedback” which, means it's probably gonna have the same technology that the ps5 game controllers have.

However the eye tracking might be amazing, my concern about the feature tho, is there are not many popular psvr multiplayer games that are going to be supported off the bat

The game availability is gonna be okay, if you already own a ps5 yeah it will probably be worth picking it up for single-player games like Horizon Call of the Mountain. but if you are like me and love social VR, honestly I recommend considering a cheap quest 2

So when it comes out in February we will see if holds up to the hype or if it flops
